G20 Leaders Adopt Delhi Declaration, Pledge to Tackle Global Challenges

The Bombay Tribune, New Delhi: The leaders of the world’s 20 largest economies have adopted the Delhi Declaration, a joint statement pledging to work together to tackle global challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and the war in Ukraine.

The declaration was adopted at the conclusion of the G20 summit in New Delhi on Sunday. The summit was hosted by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who made it a priority to focus on the needs of the developing world.

The declaration calls for increased cooperation on vaccine distribution, climate finance, and sustainable infrastructure. It also condemns the war in Ukraine and calls for a peaceful resolution.
