The railway underpass near Aggarsain Colony at Jakholi Adda is in a deteriorating state, causing serious inconvenience to commuters. Sewer water seepage and deep potholes have made the underpass nearly impassable, creating a hazardous situation for both pedestrians and vehicles. Despite multiple complaints, the Municipal Council and Public Health Department have yet to take corrective action. Daily travelers fear that if left unattended, the condition of the underpass will worsen, leading to accidents and traffic congestion in the area.

Locals have repeatedly urged the authorities to repair the potholes, clear the waterlogging, and improve drainage, but their demands have gone unheard. With heavy vehicles frequently passing through, the structural integrity of the underpass is also a concern. Residents demand immediate intervention to ensure safer and smoother passage for daily commuters.

Hisar: Water Shortage Forces Villagers to Buy Tankers

Residents of Kirtan village are facing an acute water crisis, with many households now relying on private water tankers due to a failing public supply. Despite multiple complaints to the Public Health and Engineering Department, no concrete action has been taken to resolve the issue.

The erratic water supply has made daily life difficult, particularly for families dependent on government pipelines. Over the past few months, the situation has worsened, and residents remain uncertain about when a permanent solution will be implemented. Repeated assurances from officials have not translated into action, further frustrating the affected community.

The crisis is not only affecting drinking water needs but also irrigation and sanitation, raising serious concerns about public health and economic stability. If the issue is not addressed soon, locals fear crop failures and sanitation hazards, which could lead to further hardships.

Residents from both Kaithal and Hisar are urging authorities to act swiftly and address these growing civic problems. As essential infrastructure and public services continue to deteriorate, citizens hope for immediate government intervention before the situation escalates further.
